List members may be interested in the YouTube version of the seminar of the Edinburgh Centre for Private Law which took place on 29 April, to mark and celebrate the publication by Niall Whitty of his volume on the Law of Unjustified Enrichment in the Stair Memorial Encyclopedia. Following the introduction by Hector MacQueen, the recording includes Niall’s presentation, which ran into technical difficulties on the day. Niall’s contribution is followed by presentations from many other distinguished scholars: Helen Scott, Jacques Du Plessis, Sonja Meier, and Danie Visser. This is followed by the discussion period.
